TRIGGER: Beautiful #1

Sometimes, I think we take things for granted and forget just how lucky we are to be alive, safe and well.

It’s all too easy to focus on the negative aspects and forget that there’s so many positives….no matter what.

So just stop!

Stop focusing on those bad things.
Take a good, long, hard look around and see what a beautiful, beautiful world we live in.
What a beautiful life this is.
What beautiful people we love.
What a beautiful world we are blessed with.

so the trigger is….

TRIGGER: Sorry

Have you ever had those occasions when you can’t seem to do right for doing wrong?

Despite all your good intentions you just seem to keep digging that hole and placing both feet firmly in it.
You touch it…it breaks.
You fix it…it doesn’t work the same.
You say it…you could bite your tongue off.
You laugh out loud…the rest of the room stays deathly quiet.
You try hard…you know failure is a foregone conclusion.
Your ears ring with the sound of that little word being repeated over and over…Sorry!

You had one of those weeks too? ……. Hi, pull up a chair and join the club.

So the trigger is…
